To start a return for a qualifying order, click here! You will then receive a QR code or label to bring to your local post office.
If you opted in and paid for Free Returns + Package Protection when you made your purchase, your return for that order will be FREE. If you didn't select the Free Returns + Package Protection at the time of purchase, you are subject to shipping costs on your returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to ALOHA Collection within 30 days of your delivery date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. Any items on sale or part of a sale are not available for return.
Please note the following:
We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order
Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund
Online purchases can be returned by mail or in store at one of our ALOHA Collection Retail Locations
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.
Any products not purchased directly through ALOHA Collection cannot be returned or exchanged through ALOHA Collection
All Gift Cards are a final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash
Any product purchased at a warehouse sale or received free as part of a promotion is ineligible for return
ALOHA Collection reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment if the return is refused.
