General Information

ALOHA COLLECTION was born out of a love for travel, adventure, and the ocean. We value friendship and community and consider our customers to be an extension of our ʻohana. If your product does not hold up after your adventures, we would be happy to help! 🌺 

Our quality promise excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, issues that do not impact the product’s performance as a splash-proof or travel bag, and products exceeding two years from the date of purchase. If damage outside of normal wear and tear occurs, please reach out to ALOHA Collection within the month that the damage took place. Please note that a product can only be replaced once, and a maximum of two items can be assessed by the team per month.



We recommend that you hand-wash with cold water and hang dry. This will help keep the integrity of your ALOHA! You can also clean with a damp cloth, a magic eraser, or a disinfectant wipe. Check out our How to Clean Your ALOHA page for more information!

Our Keep It Light Nylon styles are made with technical, water-resistant fabric designed to protect your belongings from everyday splashes and light moisture.

Keep It Light Nylon products are coated with Durable Water Repellent (DWR), which helps prevent water from passing through the fabric easily.

Our Splash-Proof®, most water-resistant material, bags are made with our signature lightweight wet-dry fabric that helps protect against light rain, beach days, and spills. Your phone, wallet, and essentials stay protected from unexpected moisture, giving you peace of mind wherever the day takes you.

While the fabric itself resists water, please note that all zippers and seams are not watertight. Because of this, our bags are not designed for full submersion. We recommend avoiding submerging your ALOHA Collection items with belongings inside.

We release exclusive seasonal collections each year, and once these limited-edition styles are sold out, they will not be restocked! We encourage you to shop quickly before they are gone :)

The best way to stay up to date on product restocks is to sign up for our emails, which you can do so here!  


“Special Edition” products are part of a limited release, so they are available in limited quantities and for a short time. Once it sells out, a restock isn’t always guaranteed.

Because of the limited nature of these items, credits and discounts can’t be applied to Special Edition products. This helps make sure as many customers as possible have a chance to grab one while it’s available!

  • I don’t live in Hawaii, but I am interested in purchasing the Sun Kissed Hello Kitty Collection. Is there another way to purchase this?

    • Our Sun Kissed Hello Kitty collection is only available for our Hawai’i residents due to licensing restrictions. We recommend checking out Sanrioʻs website or our other supercute Hello Kitty designs!

  • Why is Sun Kissed Hello Kitty only available for shoppers in Hawaii? 

    • Due to licensing restrictions. This collection was inspired by the beauty and spirit of Hawai’i, and we wanted to create something supercute and special with Hello Kitty that could only be experienced here.

  • Can discounts and rewards be applied to the Hello Kitty collection?

    • Discounts and credits cannot be applied to this collection. Please save them to use on your next order with us!

Price Adjustment Policy

At ALOHA Collection, we’re committed to offering transparent pricing and great value to all of our customers. To ensure fairness and consistency, we do not offer price adjustments or apply promotions retroactively. Mahalo for your understanding!




Price Adjustments

We’re unable to adjust the price of items after a purchase has been completed, even if a promotion or discount becomes available shortly afterward.




Promotions

Promotional offers are only valid during their scheduled time frames. We can not apply discounts or rewards to purchases made before or after a promotion ends, even if it’s just outside the promotional window. 




Exclusions

This policy applies to all purchases, both in-store and online. We’re unable to make exceptions or apply new promotions to past orders.

All items purchased as part of a sale, deal, or promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additional discounts, codes, or rewards cannot be applied to promotional or sale items.

Each promotion will have a clearly stated start and end date. We’re unable to honor promotional pricing outside of these specified timeframes.

Please note that some items may be excluded from certain promotions, and not all offers will be available both online and in-store.

At this time, we do not offer gift receipts or personalized gift notes for online orders! All orders include a packing list that does not display prices however, retail prices will appear on the product tags and, unfortunately, cannot be removed prior to shipping.

We offer virtual gift cards for purchase directly on our website here! Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with your virtual gift card and easy instructions for redemption. Prefer a physical gift card? These are available for purchase at any of our retail locations.

Gift cards can be used to purchase sale items! Make sure to enter the Gift Card information at checkout.

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. This includes item changes, changes to the method of payment, canceling an order, or updating shipping methods. 

If you would like a different item, you are welcome to place an additional order. Once you receive your original order, contact us for return instructions for any unwanted items. 

We are typically unable to change the address on an order once it has been placed but you can reach out to our team with the correct shipping address and order number, as soon as possible to see if we can intervene. If an order has already made it to the picking stage, we unfortunately cannot change the address. Please note that there is no guarantee that the change can be made. You can also contact the carrier directly to see if they can make the update on their end. 

Discount codes or coupons cannot be used in combination with other offers or promotions. 

Certain sales will allow an extra percentage off a sale order. When this offer is available, it will be shared on our website. 

HOA members cannot use Frequent Flyer Credits on orders. 

As an HOA Community Member, you receive 40% off up to 10 orders per year, with some product exclusions such as Le Bebe, Special Edition, and Collaboration items. The discount can be used both in-store and online, but it cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Once you enroll and place your first order, your membership will automatically renew each year as long as you continue to place at least one order annually; no reapplication is needed. To keep your discount active, you must remain subscribed to our email communications. Please note that HOA Community Members are not eligible for the Frequent Flyer Rewards program; however, if you prefer to earn and redeem rewards instead, you can contact our team to be removed from the HOA program and join the rewards program going forward.

Shipping & Delivery


Orders over $200 ship free with Standard Shipping within the USA (Hawaii, Alaska, and the Mainland) after discount codes are applied.

Orders under $200 going to Hawaii or Alaska ship with standard shipping at $15.95. Please allow 5-25 business days for delivery.

Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska can select Priority shipping at checkout for $24.95 to have their order delivered within 3-6 business days.

Orders under $200 going to the Mainland ship at $10.95. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

International shipping is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience! 


Please note that orders received after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day. During high-volume periods, such as sales, shipping can be delayed. 

If your order's tracking link has not been updated for 5 business days, your order might be lost in transit. Please reach out to our team with your current shipping address and your order number! We would love to help ✨

Please note: If there are any issues or errors in receiving or tracking your shipment, we require that you email reach out to us within 60 days of placing your order. This includes orders that are lost in transit, delivered but not received, or damaged upon delivery. 

This will help ensure that we can resolve any problems as soon as possible while items are still in stock :) 

The carrier for your order will be dependent on the shipping method and delivery location selected. Most orders will be shipped with USPS, DHL, or FedEx. Other carriers may be used depending on your delivery location. If you are shipping to a PO Box address, the carrier selected will be USPS to ensure delivery.


International shipping is temporarily unavailable at this time. While we don’t have an exact timeline for when it will return, we’re working on it and hope to offer it again in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding!

Frequent Flyer Program

The Frequent Flyer program is a new kind of rewards program designed to put you first. It offers VIP access to highly anticipated collections, exclusive perks to enhance your shopping experience, and an easy way to earn rewards—specifically, 5% back in-store credit on every purchase! 

Credits can only be earned on orders placed after an account has been created. Unfortunately, we're unable to apply credits to purchases made prior to account creation.

Earn 5% back in store credit on every purchase! Your credit will be valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date it’s issued.

You can also add your Birthday to your account to receive $10 credit on your special day! To do this, log in here, click on “Edit Profile,” and enter your Birthday.  

When you’re ready to redeem your credit, simply log in to your account and start shopping.

To apply your credit, add eligible items to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you’ll see the option to apply your available credit on the right-hand side of the screen.

Please note: Store credit cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.


Credit cannot be used in combination with other offers or promotions, and exclusions will apply for limited edition collections.

HOA members cannot use Frequent Flyer Credits on orders. 

You’ll have 180 days (roughly 6 months) to use your credit before it expires.
We’ll send you a reminder email 20 days before expiration, letting you know how many credits you have left so you can use them in time.

The credit you initially earned when placing your order will be deducted from your account once your return is processed. If you used credit to purchase your order, your credits will be reinstated when your return is processed. 

Return & Exchange Policy

To start a return for a qualifying order, click here! You will then receive a QR code or label to bring to your local post office.

If you opted in and paid for Free Returns + Package Protection when you made your purchase, your return for that order will be FREE. If you didn't select the Free Returns + Package Protection at the time of purchase, you are subject to shipping costs on your returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to ALOHA Collection, unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. Any items on sale or part of a sale are not available for return.


Please note the following:

  • We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund

  • Online purchases can be returned by mail or in store at one of our ALOHA Collection Retail Locations

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.

  • Any products not purchased directly through ALOHA Collection cannot be returned or exchanged through ALOHA Collection

  • All Gift Cards are a final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Any product purchased at a warehouse sale or received free as part of a promotion is ineligible for return

ALOHA Collection reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment if the return is refused.


At this time, we are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can instead return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order directly on our website.

If an ALOHA Collection item has become damaged, please get in touch with our team! Items purchased as part of a sale are still covered under our warranty policy. Make sure to include the order number and a photo of your damaged item in the reach-out. 

Please refer to our Quality Assurance policy listed below to see if your item qualifies:

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, a return shipping label for that order is included, allowing you to return qualifying item(s) in your order for a refund for FREE. Items part of a sale or promotion do not qualify for a return. When selected, Package Protection also helps cover items that are lost, damaged, or experience delivery issues during transit.

If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

International orders cannot opt in to the “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage. 

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Items purchased during a sale will be final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Here are some frequently asked questions about the location: 

Can I earn or redeem Frequent Flyer Credit at the Honolulu Airport location? 

Frequent Flyer credits cannot be earned or redeemed at this location. 

Can I purchase or use gift cards at this location? 

ALOHA Collection gift cards cannot be purchased or used at this location. Gift cards are available for purchase at our other retail locations or online.

Can I return products purchased at this location? 

No. The Honolulu Airport location does not accept returns for online orders purchased at aloha-collection.com or purchases made at ALOHA Collection retail locations. Items purchased at our Honolulu Airport location must be returned at the same location and cannot be returned online or ALOHA Collection retail locations.

Can I use ALOHA Collection discounts at this location? 

Please note that discounts of any kind, including credits, promo codes, and HOA offers, cannot be applied or redeemed at this location. ALOHA Collection promotions and deals are also not valid or available here.

Yes! If you are part of our Frequent Flyer program, you can earn and redeem your miles on in-store purchases! Just make sure to have your account email handy by the time you are ready to check out. 

You can return online purchases in store as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date and not part of any sale! Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached. All you will need is the order number or the name/email of the person who purchased the order.

At this time, we’re unable to offer in-store pickup for online orders, and we’re also unable to process phone orders for in-store pickup. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!

At this time, our retail locations do not offer shipping. The only way to purchase products from our retail locations is to shop in person.
